ImMigration Legal  Services

We provide high-quality, low-cost, and pro bono legal immigration services. We empower immigrants, helping hundreds of people each year to obtain legal status in the United States for the first time in their lives. Our bilingual DOJ, accredited Representatives and, paralegals provide comprehensive services, guiding clients through each step of the immigration process. We serve clients in the southern ten counties of New Mexico, through our Las Cruces and Roswell offices. We also serve clients who live within the United States.

We help with the following type of cases:
  • Naturalization/Citizenship

  • Family Based Petitions

  • Family Petition (I-130)

  • Adjustment of Status (I-130/I-485)

  • Removal of conditions of residency (I-751)

  • Application for Employment Authorization (I-765)

  • Consular Process

  • Green Card Renewals

  • DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival)

  • U-Visas (for crime victims)*

  • T-Visas (for trafficking victims)*

  • VAWA (visas for victims of domestic violence)*

*Because of the funding we receive from the Mexican Consulate, we can provide free services for the majority of victims of crime and domestic violence and for Special Immigrant Juveniles who are Mexican nationals. For other types of cases, we charge a flat fee which is much more reasonable than private attorneys, who charge by the hour. We also assist our clients in determining whether they qualify for a fee waiver for the immigration fees (for the types of cases for which fee waivers exist).*
