Catholic Charities does not request or accept payments through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messaging, text messages, or personal payment apps (such as Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or gift cards).

These messages are scams.

Please be aware:

-
We will never request upfront payments through messaging apps or ask clients to send money to individuals.
-
All services, fees, and communications are handled directly through our official offices and staff.
-
Catholic Charities does not collect USCIS filing fees on behalf of clients unless explicitly discussed in person with authorized staff.

If you receive a message claiming to be from Catholic Charities and are unsure of its legitimacy, do not send money or personal information. We encourage you to contact our office directly using the phone number or email listed on our official website to verify.
